Check out this post from our friend Randy Gage from his Prosperity Blog.
If you’re an employee, conventional wisdom says you should be indispensible. I disagree.
If you’re indispensible, you’ll always be stuck in the same job at the same level. Always be working to another level up in terms of skill sets. If you reach a spot in your current company where you can’t go higher, someone else will always find a spot for you.
The same holds true if you’re an entrepreneur. If you’re indispensible, you have a business that will never scale, and will be very difficult to sell.
Want to move up to bigger prosperity? Be dispensable.
